Day Four
We had a blast today impacting the LA /Burbank areas for Christ. Today we served at the Dream Center, Solid Rock Churck, Story City Church, and REFUGE LA. Today our Family Groups worked and served as the hands and feet of Jesus. We set up Prayer stations, went on prayer walks (including praying over schools, neighborhoods, and even WB studios), assisted Dream Center (by building “box cars” for our outreach tomorrow), completed landscaping/beautification projects, provided FREE family photo sessions, and even passed out FREE Krispy Kreme (just to “bless your Monday”). It was such a privilege to serves these communities.
We ended the day coming back together on Will Rogers Beach for a time of food (wouldn’t be Cali without In-N-Out), fellowship, and the Word. We truly are inviting God to move in our midst, and to reveal to us anything that we are holding onto more tightly than to Jesus (and give us the courage and strength to “release” those things!).
